This evergreen has a naturally symmetrical cone-shape with a denser, more compact habit than the white spruce. It is very resistant to Winter injury. Fantastic as a landscape accent or in groupings as a windbreak or screen. Prefers part to full Sun. Water regularly during times of extreme heat. Please note this photo is of a mature Black Hills Spruce, we have varieties that start at 6′ & 8′ tall. Will grow up to 25-50 feet tall.
