Bonsai Class

We are pleased to announce a series of two Bonsai classes to be taught by Andy Smith of Golden Arrow Bonsai. Join us at the Plant Shop here on Sheridan Lake Road in Rapid City in our class room area to learn the art and science of bonsai.

Andy will share his expert knowledge and skills so that you may maintain your bonsai for many years to come.Everything will be provided for you to start the process of turning a baby pine tree into a beautiful bonsai specimen.

We will also be providing lunch on the Big Green Egg consisting of pulled pork sliders on a brioche bun, with a side of corn on the cobb and sparkling lemonade!

An optional second class will be provided for an additional cost this October where you will start to use wire to create a unique shape of your Bonsai!

Cost for this class is $145 & includes educational content provided by Bonsai Expert: Andy Smith, a 2-3ft tree from The Plant Shop, all materials needed to start a magnificent Bonsai as well as lunch on the Big Green Egg & refreshments!
